Recruiter – Permian Innovations
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily for Wallstreet Sand Co., under the direction of the Executive Administrative Manager, leading the process to source, screen, and hire top talent in the frac sand industry. Over time, this role may expand to support recruiting for additional entities operating under the Permian Innovations umbrella. The ideal candidate is a proactive, well-networked recruiter who knows the sand business and is comfortable working across both corporate and field-based hiring needs.
Position Details
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Company: Wallstreet Sand Co. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Wallstreet Sand Co. including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for sand industry roles, including operations, operators, plant, and supervisor positions.
- Travel to Permian Basin and recruiting events in other areas as needed (approximately 50% travel).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Leverage industry networks, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing strategies to attract top sand and energy talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting metrics, and reporting in our applicant tracking system.
- Represent Permian Innovations and Wallstreet Sand Co. as a brand ambassador at career fairs, industry events, and on social platforms.
- As the Permian Innovations portfolio grows, support recruiting efforts for additional entities under the umbrella.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience specifically within the sand industry (frac sand, proppant, mining, or related).
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and modern recruiting strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Ability to take on additional task as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Additional recruiting experience in the broader oil and gas industry.

Utility Hand – Dry Plant
Schedule: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off | 12-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Hand to support daily operations at our sand mining facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, efficient operations by assisting across multiple areas of the mine and plant. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, adaptable, and willing to perform a variety of hands-on tasks in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general mine and plant operations as needed
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleanup of work areas, walkways, and equipment
- Support maintenance and operations teams with basic tasks and projects
- Help monitor equipment and report any safety or maintenance issues
- Load, unload, and move materials using hand tools or light equipment
- Follow all company, site, and MSHA safety policies and procedures
- Assist during equipment start-up, shutdown, and changeovers

This role is responsible for transporting raw material within the mine site in a safe, efficient, and production-driven manner. The ideal candidate has experience operating off-road haul trucks in mining, quarry, or industrial environments and understands the importance of safety and communication in an active mine setting.

- Operate off-road haul trucks to transport material within the mine site
- Follow designated haul routes, traffic patterns, and dumping procedures
- Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues

We are seeking a highly skilled Excavator Operator to support our mining operations. This position is open ONLY to those with PC900 or equivalent experience. This role requires advanced, hands-on experience operating excavators in a production mining environment. The Excavator Operator plays a critical role in material extraction, face work, trenching, and feeding downstream equipment. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional equipment control, situational awareness, and a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate hydraulic excavators to extract, load, and move material in an active sand mine
- Perform face work, benching, trenching, and precision digging as required
- Safely load haul trucks and support mining production targets
- Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections and complete equipment reports
- Monitor ground conditions and adjust work practices to maintain safe slopes and faces
- Communicate effectively with haul truck drivers, spotters, and supervisors

Operators will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment used in frac sand processing and material handling, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, production, and equipment reliability.
This position is ideal for individuals with sand plant, mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial experience who are looking to grow with a fast-growing company in the Permian Basin.

Positions Available: Dry Plant Equipment Operator
Responsibilities may include:
- Operating loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment used in sand processing operations
- Feeding the dry plant and maintaining material flow through dryers, screens, and conveyors
- Monitoring plant conditions and assisting operators with production needs
- Assisting maintenance teams with equipment inspections and minor repairs
- Performing housekeeping and maintaining safe working conditions around the plant
Loadout Equipment Operator
Responsibilities may include:
- Operating loaders and mobile equipment to move finished sand to loadout systems
- Supporting truck loadout and shipping operations
- Maintaining material inventory in loadout silos and stockpiles
- Communicating with dispatch and plant operators to ensure efficient truck loading
- Performing equipment inspections and reporting mechanical issues
General Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy mobile equipment within manufacturer and site limits
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks before operation
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Communicate with supervisors and plant operators regarding production needs
- Follow all MSHA safety standards and company safety policies

Position Summary
Wallstreet Sand Co. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Board Operator to oversee and control plant operations at our frac sand mining and processing facility in Kermit, Texas. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and consistent production by monitoring equipment, adjusting processes, and coordinating with field operators.
Schedule

- 12-hour shifts
- Alternating day and night shifts
- $75/day per diem provided for each day worked
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate plant equipment from the control room (HMI/SCADA systems)
- Start up, shut down, and adjust plant processes to maintain production targets
