This is a leadership position responsible for production, safety, staffing, and performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily plant operations to achieve production goals and meet quality standards.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and production reporting.
- Hire, train, and mentor team members while building a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and company safety programs.
- Drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with company leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in plant or operations management (sand, aggregate, or mining preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with MSHA standards required; current MSHA certification strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.

Operations Manager - Winkler County, TX
Pay: $130,000 – $170,000/year (based on experience)Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Days & NightsLocation: Winkler County, TXJob Summary:Wallstreet Sand Co. is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee production, maintenance, and logistics for our high-volume sand plant. This role ensures smooth, efficient operations while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workforce planning.
- Track KPIs and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and company safety policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between plant leadership, field crews, and corporate teams.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of operations or supervisory experience (mining, sand, or aggregate industry preferred).
- Familiarity with MSHA reporting requirements and site inspections (MSHA certification preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-paced, production-focused environment.

Maintenance Technician - Winkler County, TX
Pay: $26 – $34/hour (DOE)
Job Summary:We’re seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to keep our high-volume sand plant running smoothly. This role is key to ensuring uptime, safety, and equipment performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Assist with rebuilds, welding, and fabrication as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records.
- Follow MSHA safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read schematics and operate shop tools.
- MSHA training/certification preferred (training provided if needed).
- Welding/fabrication skills are a plus.

Heavy Equipment Operator / Load-Out - Winkler County, TX
Pay: $18 – $27/hour (DOE)
Job Summary:We’re hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to safely move, load, and stockpile sand to keep production running smoothly and meet customer demand.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders, dozers, and other equipment to feed the plant and load trucks.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report any issues.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all MSHA safety standards and site operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of heavy equipment operation experience (front-end loader preferred).
- MSHA certification preferred; training provided if needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Comfortable working a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule.
Pay & Schedule:
- $18 – $27/hour DOE
- No split weeks on pay
- Weekly Friday payments via direct deposit

Plant Operator - Winkler County, TX
Pay: $22 – $27/hour
Job Summary:Plant Operators are the backbone of our production process. In this role, you’ll operate key equipment, monitor plant systems, and keep production running safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor screens, conveyors, and processing equipment.
- Maintain accurate production logs and report issues to plant leads or
- maintenance.
- Perform regular housekeeping and safety checks.
- Follow all MSHA safety requirements and participate in scheduled training.
Qualifications:
- MSHA certification preferred (training provided if needed).
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork.
Schedule:
- Straight 14 days on / 7 days off rotation, alternating day and night shifts
Pay & Benefits:
- $22 – $27/hour
- Weekly Friday payments via direct deposit
- No split pay weeks
- Health and dental coverage
- MSHA training provided if not already certified
