Maintenance Technician - Winkler County, TX
Pay: $26 – $34/hour (DOE)
Job Summary:We’re seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to keep our high-volume sand plant running smoothly. This role is key to ensuring uptime, safety, and equipment performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Assist with rebuilds, welding, and fabrication as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records.
- Follow MSHA safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read schematics and operate shop tools.
- MSHA training/certification preferred (training provided if needed).
- Welding/fabrication skills are a plus.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Consistent 7-on / 7-off schedule.

Pay & Payroll:
- No split weeks on pay.
- Weekly Friday payments via direct deposit.
